Kitty Party creates memorable team experiences through onsite events in Berlin, across Germany and worldwide, virtual events for global teams, hybrid formats that connect office and remote participants, and multi-day company retreats. In which languages are the events conducted?
All formats are available in English, and many can also be arranged in German upon request. This makes it easy for international teams and local Berlin groups to participate together.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. With advance notice, menus and most of the recipes can be adapted to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free and other dietary needs so that everyone can take part comfortably.
How long do onsite events last?
Onsite corporate events range from short one-hour energizers to full retreats of up to three days. Most Berlin workshops and team activities last two to four hours. The duration can be adjusted depending on whether you want a quick team-building break, a half-day creative workshop or a multi-day corporate offsite.
Can hybrid events be arranged?
Yes, any of our formats can be adapted for hybrid setups. Participants in Berlin or at another physical location can join seamlessly with remote colleagues through live streaming, breakout rooms and interactive facilitation.
How many participants can take part?
Group sizes range from intimate teams of five to very large corporate events with over thousands of participants. Virtual and hybrid formats scale especially well, while onsite team events in Berlin are particularly suited to small and mid-sized groups. Some onsite events are perfectly fine for thousands of participants.
How far in advance should we book?
For regular team events, four to eight weeks’ notice is usually sufficient. For Christmas parties, Diwali celebrations or company retreats, it is recommended to book three to four months in advance so that venues, ingredients and customization can be secured.
What are the price ranges for Kitty Party events?

What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Events can be rescheduled by mutual agreement. The cancellation policy is communicated during the booking process.

Yes, absolutely. Many teams combine formats—for example, a mocktail workshop followed by a trivia quiz, or a dessert decoration challenge paired with laughter yoga. We can also design seasonal themes such as Christmas, Diwali, Halloween, or summer celebrations. Our goal is to give you a programme that feels unique to your team, so customization is always possible.
Can you host events at our office or chosen location?
Yes. Most of our onsite formats can be brought directly to your office or another venue of your choice. For larger groups, we can also recommend partner venues in Berlin. For walking tours and food experiences, we arrange the stops for you in advance.
Can the session be recorded?
Yes, the session can be recorded. At least one participant should join live to start the recording. We don’t provide pre-recorded videos, as our experiences are live and interactive.
Can we do a dry run before the event?
Yes, we can arrange a short dry run to make sure everything runs smoothly on the event day. It helps test your setup and lets your team feel confident and ready.
Can you join our existing meeting link if we already have a full-day meeting?
Yes, that’s no problem. Just share your meeting link, and we’ll join your existing session at the scheduled time.
Can we add a dessert or a drink to the event?
Yes, that’s possible. You can choose to add an extra dessert, drink, or short festive activity to make your experience even more special.
What if someone doesn’t want to cook or dance?
That’s completely fine. The event is fun for everyone, whether they join the dancing, cook along, or simply watch and enjoy.
Will we receive the ingredient list in advance?
Yes, you’ll receive the full ingredient list right after booking. This gives everyone enough time to prepare what they need for the event.
Can we have a co-host from our team during the virtual team building event?
Yes, we’re happy to include a co-host from your team. They can help manage introductions, assist with participants, or just be part of the fun.
What is the typical duration of your virtual team building events?
Most of our events last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the number of recipes or activities your team chooses.
What equipment or kitchen tools do participants need for virtual cooking class?
You only need basic kitchen tools such as a pot, pan, spoon, and cup. A blender or strainer can be useful for a few recipes, but nothing complicated is required.
How much notice do you need for a booking for Virtual Holiday Parties?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially during the holiday season, so we can prepare your experience perfectly.
Do you support full-day or multi-day events for onsite and virtual corporate events ?
Yes. Many companies book us for half-day or full-day programmes where we combine multiple activities into a schedule. We also design multi-day retreats in Berlin, across Germany, or worldwide for larger teams. These can include cooking, laughter, mindfulness, and creative sessions, giving your team a rich and memorable experience.
Can we book recurring sessions, like one happiness workshop each month?
Yes. Several clients choose to make Kitty Party part of their regular team culture. For example, you can book a subscription for one laughter or happiness session per month, or rotate activities—mocktails one month, dessert the next, trivia after that. These recurring sessions keep team spirit alive throughout the year and give colleagues something fun to look forward to.

Do you provide materials and ingredients for onsite events?
Yes, all necessary ingredients, equipment and craft supplies are provided in most cases. For some events, ingredients may also be sourced by the host company, depending on preferences and logistics.
Can you also help with event planning, moderation, and decoration for holiday parties in Berlin?
Yes. Beyond running the workshop itself, we can support you with decorations, music playlists, small prizes for competitions, and professional moderation for the whole day. If you’d like, we can coordinate with caterers, venues, so your event feels seamless and beautifully managed from start to finish.
Can events be hosted at our office or an external venue?
Yes, events can be set up at your office, at one of our partner venues in Berlin, or in a location of your choice. For food and coffee tours, we coordinate the café and street food stops in Berlin Mitte.
Are onsite events available outside Berlin?
Yes, Kitty Party also organizes international onsite events for large corporate groups. While Berlin is our home base, we can deliver workshops and activities worldwide for company offsites and conferences.

What types of virtual events do you offer for remote teams?

How long are virtual sessions?
Most sessions run for 60 minutes, but shorter 30-minute energizers and longer 90-minute sessions are also available depending on your schedule.
Which platforms do you use?
Zoom is our default platform, but we also support Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Amazon Chime and Webex.
Do participants receive kits or ingredients?
We do not provide or ship any ingredients. For larger groups, we can connect you with third-party suppliers who might offer delivery options. For all sessions, we provide preparation lists and recipes so participants can shop locally and join in.
Are both cocktails and mocktails possible in the virtual drink-making workshops?
Yes. We generally demonstrate the non-alcoholic version so that everyone can follow easily, but participants are free to swap to the alcoholic version if they wish. This way each person can prepare the drink that suits them best. We provide the ingredient list.
Can virtual or hybrid events host very large groups?
Yes. For teams of several hundred or even over one thousand participants, we use webinar-style hosting with interactive features such as breakout rooms, polls and Q&A moderation. Hybrid participants in Berlin or elsewhere can join seamlessly with remote colleagues.
Can virtual and hybrid events be themed for holidays?

Culture Reset is a structured program for companies that want to refresh how teams collaborate, align around shared values and restart with a positive team spirit. Through guided exercises and interactive activities, teams rebuild momentum and strengthen culture.
Can retreats, happiness and culture sessions be combined with other events?
